Jorge was personally involved in every step of the process. He conducted the initial inspection himself, walked me through the insurance process, and was on site the day of the installation. He took the time to sit with me and review both his estimate and the insurance adjuster’s report line by line so I fully understood what was being done and what to expect. Unlike some companies, he never pushed unnecessary upgrades. He thoroughly explained the available options and what each would provide, but ultimately focused on what actually made sense for the job. His crew arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and completed the entire roof in less than a day.
